EASYCUT-SYNTH-TW (Fully Synthetice Cutting Oil)
EASYCUT-SYNTH-TW is a Premium quality synthetic type MULTI-PURPOSE Fully Synthetice Cutting Oil manufactured
from carefully selected synthetic base oils and proprietary emulsifiers which have a bearing on the clarity and stability of the emulsion even with water of 1000 ppm hardness. A stable milky white emulsion is prepared by adding the oils to water, with continuous stirring. EASYCUT-SYNTH-TW gives the desired cooling characteristics, provides rust
protection and lubricity for the cutting operation with good finish of work piece and longer life for tools. EASYCUT-SYNTH-TW is also fortified with appropriate biocides to keep control of bacterial growth. It is only recommend
for ferrous metals & alloys. Dilution ratio with water is 1% (1:90) gives excellent grinding with smooth surface finish.
Recommended For:
- EASYCUT-SYNTH is recommended for a variety of cutting operations on both ferrous and alloys metals. For grinding machining operations. Not recommended for machining of magnesium as fine chips of magnesium is a fire hazard when moistened with water.
