Graphite-CA is calcium soap grease which are activated with graphite the extreme pressure and high tempered lubricating powder smooth & homogeneous, free from objectionable odour & visible impurities. It possesses good pumpability characteristics, it is free from deleterious materials and fillers. Graphite coated the metal bearing surface and reduce wear and tear give long lasting stable lubrication in extreme moisture conditions Calcium soap gives water repelant properties whereas graphite is used as a solid lubricants to with stand high load upto 110°C
due to this process jurks quantity highly reduced and metal get longer life.
